为了使折臂式随车起重机转台在最大应力不超过材料许用应力的前提下实现轻量化设计的目的,通过ADAMS软件仿真确定其极限工况,对转台进行静力学分析及拓扑优化。通过拓扑优化得到了理想的材料分布。基于优化结果调整转台结构,并对改进后的转台进行静力学分析。结果表明,优化后的转台能够满足实际的使用需求。同时,转台质量降低了12%,证明了优化设计的有效性和可行性,并为折臂式随车起重机的相关设计提供了一定的借鉴。  相似文献

In-Flight Internet Connectivity (IFC) has become one of the crucial needs of passengers with technological improvements. The Aeronautical Ad-hoc Networks (AANETs) have been proposed by establishing air-to-air (A2A) links between aircraft to satisfy this need. However, the unstructured aircraft topology caused by their ultra-dynamic characteristics reduces the longevity of A2A links in AANET. This shorter longevity decreases the stability of AANET by accelerating the connection establishment/termination procedures between aircraft. Additionally, the shorter link longevity affects the packet transfer delay and the delivery ratio of AANET. To the best of our knowledge, these three challenges are not investigated simultaneously under one topology management model. This paper proposes a three-phased topology formation model for AANETs to increase the stability and packet delivery ratio in AANET with a shorter packet transfer delay. The first phase corresponds to the aircraft clustering formation, and here, we aim to increase the AANET stability by creating spatially correlated clusters. The second phase consists of the A2A link determination for reducing the packet transfer delay. Finally, the cluster head selection increases the packet delivery ratio in AANET. According to our simulations, we see that the stability and packet delivery ratio of AANET topology are roughly improved 35% and 31% with a 28% delay reduction compared to the methods in the literature.  相似文献

Since gas turbine plays a key role in electricity power generating, the requirements on the safety and reliability of this classical thermal system are becoming gradually strict. With a large amount of renewable energy being integrated into the power grid, the request of deep peak load regulation for satisfying the varying demand of users and maintaining the stability of the whole power grid leads to more unstable working conditions of gas turbines. The startup, shutdown, and load fluctuation are dominating the operating condition of gas turbines. Hence simulating and analyzing the dynamic behavior of the engines under such instable working conditions are important in improving their design, operation, and maintenance. However, conventional dynamic simulation methods based on the physic differential equations is unable to tackle the uncertainty and noise when faced with variant real-world operations. Although data-driven simulating methods, to some extent, can mitigate the problem, it is impossible to perform simulations with insufficient data. To tackle the issue, a novel transfer learning framework is proposed to transfer the knowledge from the physics equation domain to the real-world application domain to compensate for the lack of data. A strong dynamic operating data set with steep slope signals is created based on physics equations and then a feature similarity-based learning model with an encoder and a decoder is built and trained to achieve feature adaptive knowledge transferring. The simulation accuracy is significantly increased by 24.6% and the predicting error reduced by 63.6% compared with the baseline model. Moreover, compared with the other classical transfer learning modes, the method proposed has the best simulating performance on field testing data set. Furthermore, the effect study on the hyper parameters indicates that the method proposed is able to adaptively balance the weight of learning knowledge from the physical theory domain or from the real-world operation domain.  相似文献

为研究深部高应力条件下层状岩体巷道的承载特性及失稳机理,采用物理相似模拟试验方法,并借助高速摄像机、静态电阻应变仪、位移计等手段,研究了不同支护方式(无支护、锚杆支护、锚杆索支护)层状岩体巷道的变形破坏特征和应力演化规律;同时,从压力拱的角度分析了层状岩体巷道的成拱特性。研究结果表明:无支护条件下,巷道围岩变形破坏严重,顶板大面积垮落,呈现倒V型破坏区,无法形成有效的压力拱结构;采取锚杆支护和锚杆索支护后,巷道围岩应力状态得到改善,能够形成有效的压力拱,围岩变形量减小。研究成果为类似地质条件巷道支护设计提供了依据。  相似文献

In the early design stage, automotive modeling should both meet the requirements of aesthetics and engineering. Therefore, a vehicle CAD (computer aided design) model that can be easily adjusted by feedbacks is necessary. Based on CE-Bézier surface, this paper presents a set of algorithms for parametric segmentation and fairing surface generation in a car model. This model is defined by a simplified automotive template and relevant control points, shape parameters and segmentation parameters, which can be modified to alter the car form efficiently. With this model and the corresponding adjustment method, more than fifty various vehicle models are established in this research according to different parameters. And two methods for calculating similarity index between car models are constructed, which are suitable for brand design trend analysis and modelling design decisionmaking.  相似文献

为了进一步揭示坚硬顶板超前切顶卸压轨道下山的变形规律和保安煤柱的应力分布特征,以潞宁煤矿22115工作面开采为工程背景,利用相似材料模拟和现场实验,分析了坚硬顶板切顶轨道下山变形规律。结果表明:切顶可使采空区坚硬顶板在剪应力作用下沿着预制裂隙垮落,缩短悬顶长度,切断应力传递途径,有效缓解了保安煤柱承担的载荷。现场实践效果较好,巷道顶底板移近量约为320 mm,两帮移近量约为245 mm;切顶卸压技术是高应力坚硬顶板大变形巷道围岩控制有效途径之一。  相似文献

The discrete element method (DEM) coupled with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a powerful tool for exploring the detailed behaviors of dense particle–fluid interaction problems such as fluidized beds. Coarse-graining models have been proposed to decrease the computational cost by increasing the model particle size. In this study, we examine the influence of the model particle size and the spatial resolution on the average size and number of bubbles in coarse-graining DEM-CFD calculations of bubbling fluidized beds. Calculation results indicate that the bubble size is scaled by the model particle size if parameters are following similarity laws defined in a particle scale, as well as the geometric similarity of the whole system is maintained. The usage of coarse spatial resolution increases the bubble size and decreases the number of bubbles. The countervailing influence of the model particle size and the spatial resolution in a practical coarse-graining scenario results in nearly the same bubble size.  相似文献

根据露天台阶爆破模型模拟试验的相似律,制作模拟宜阳矿生产现场的小型水泥砂浆模型,进行原型方案和改进方案的爆破模型比较试验,并对可能产生的失真以及弥补方法进行探讨。两个典型试验结果表明改进方案好于原方案,爆破优化模型提供的改进方案是可行的,为工业试验提供了依据。  相似文献
